Floral Girls by Josefina Bonavia
Josefina Bonavia aka Koko Peludo is a 26-year-old film photographer and graphic designer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She prefers shooting on film because she is in love with the ritual of the analog photography: the magic, the texture, the patience that analog shots require.
How did the shoot with the girls go and how do you approach these intimate shoots?
The shoot was a collaboration with an intimates brand called Braga Couture. It was a pleasure to participate as the team work was amazing and the models Daniela, Nathaly and Juana were so professional. I like creating a comfortable environment with cosy vibes. The results are much better when models are relaxed and can honestly enjoy the session.
What do you hope to achieve through your photography?
I just want to create art and show my point of view to the world. I also strive to improve by every photoshoot.
Your ideal morning?
I’m not a morning person as I don’t really enjoy waking up early, but it’d definitely be a sunny morning having a brunch with a great view.
“I don’t think I actually have one dream person to photograph. I love to make whoever is in front of the camera truly comfortable in their own skin and capture their essence.“
Your dream person to photograph?
I don’t think I actually have one dream person to photograph. I love to make whoever is in front of the camera truly comfortable in their own skin and capture their essence. My favorite subjects are those who are a message themselves.
